Experiential training puts the trainees into the middle of the action. In fact, in most cases, the trainees are the action. Exercises, events and activities pinpoint challenges of the individuals, groups or teams involved while teaching effective methods for moving forward.

Each session begins with a goal and ends with a recap to review what transpired, how it relates to the work situation, and what steps can be taken for improvement.
