Joan Kelsey, Life Coach and owner of First Step to a Great Life, is quoted in the Lewiston Sun Journal!

The Lewiston Sun Journal sought Joan Kelsey’s input when preparing an article about business networking. Taking a bit of the advice she would have given a client, Kelsey joined Business Networking International to promote her business in 2007 and has taken on the additional role of Director for BNI. In this capacity, she coaches networks of business owners striving to network with each other. “It’s a natural fit for me,” explains Kelsey. As Director, I work with individual businesses as well as the entire chapter. The work I do mimics my individual coaching practices so it’s also a super way to promote my business.”

Joan Kelsey participates in Miraval Equine Experience Intensive

Always looking to improve the quality of her training sessions, Joan Kelsey spent 4 days in Arizona experiencing first-hand what it is like to be in an EAL program at the Miraval Equine Experience Intensive delivered by Wyatt Webb, the founder and leader of the Equine Experience at Miraval, one of the nation's top resorts, which is located in Tucson, Arizona.

Training the trainer proved to be an enlightening experience for Joan. “It proved to be a beneficial week. Each time I experience a session for myself, I learn new techniques and activities that I can introduce to my own clients. Experiencing this powerful practice wth the industry leader is a treat.”
